探讨《伤寒论》辨量思维的意义。通过联系现代医学中“量”的内涵,指出“辨量”在中西医临床中具有普遍性,是医学实践对“精准”的本质需求。对谋求中西医临床思维的融通提出设想,期望依靠数据模型弥合差异,实现未来横贯中西医的精准治疗。

The significance of quantity differentiation in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is discussed. By linking the connotation of “quantity” in modern medicine, it is pointed out that “quantity” is universal in the clinical practice of Chinese and Western medicine, and is the essential requirement for “precision” in medical practice. It proposes an idea to seek the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,and hopes to rely on data models to bridge the differences, so as to achieve precision treatment across Chinese and Western medicine in the future.
