《小儿药证直诀》由钱乙所作,是集儿科生理特点、病理特点、辨证论治、遣方用药于一书的著作,此书对咳嗽的描述甚为详尽,为后世治疗小儿咳嗽提供了可靠的理论研究依据。钱氏的学术思想为后世中医儿科的发展奠定了基础,值得我们更深入地挖掘。因此,文章主要从儿童的生理、病理特点出发,来探讨钱氏对小儿咳嗽病因、病机的深入认识,结合钱氏医案,丰富诊疗的思路。

Key to Therapeutics of Children’s Diseases is a work compiled by QIAN Yi, which integrates the physiological characteristics, pathological characteristics, syndrome differentiation and treatment of pediatrics, and the use of decoction. This book is very detailed in the description of cough and provides a reliable theoretical research basis for the treatment of pediatric cough in later generations. QIAN’s academic development idea not only lays a foundation for the study of later generations in China, but also deserves our in-depth attention and excavation. Therefore, this article mainly starts from the physiological and pathological characteristics of children to explore QIAN’s in-depth understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of children’s cough, and combines QIAN’s medical records to enrich our thinking on diagnosis and treatment.
