温阳益气化饮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huayin on quality of life of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨温阳益气化饮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法:从2018年4月-2019年10月宁津县中医院接收的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中选择80例,以随机原则分成两组,包括观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组患者均常规应用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂进行治疗,观察组同时应用温阳益气化饮疗法进行治疗。结果:治疗前两组患者的各项肺功能指标均不理想,且水平相当,P> 0.05,差异没有统计学意义;但经过治疗后,观察组患者的各项肺功能指标改善程度显著,与对照组相比有显著差异,P <0.05。治疗前两组患者的主要生活质量评分均不理想,且水平相当,P> 0.05,差异无统计学意义;经过治疗后,观察组患者的主要生活质量评分改善程度明显,与对照组相比有显著差异,P <0.05。结论:温阳益气化饮疗法能够有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的肺功能,从而达到维持病情、改善生活质量的目的。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huayin(温阳益气化饮)on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage.Methods:From April 2018 to October 2019,80 patients with COPD in stable stage admitted to Ningjin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups,including the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).Both groups were routinely treated with tiotropium bromide inhaler,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Yiqi Huayin therapy.Results:Before treatment,all pulmonary function indexes in 2 groups were not ideal,and the level was similar,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.However,after treatment,the improvement degree of all pulmonary function indexes in the observation group was more significant compared with that in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the main quality of life scores of 2 groups were not ideal,and the level was similar,P>0.05;after treatment,the main quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly improved compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Yiqi Huayin therapy can effectively improve the pulmonary function of COPD patients in stable phase,so as to maintain the condition and improve the quality of life.
