脏腑推拿联合脐针对心肾不交不寐的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating insomnia of heart and kidney failure type by Zangfu massage plus umbilical acupuncturein

目的:分析脏腑推拿联合脐针治疗心肾不交不寐的治疗效果。方法:择取2017年1月-2018年12月在吉林省吉林中西医结合医院就诊的心肾不交不寐患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)及观察组(43例)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受脏腑推拿联合脐针治疗。比较两组患者疗效差异:总体疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量自评量表评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量自评量表不同维度评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:在心肾不交不寐治疗过程中予以脏腑推拿联合脐针方案,有助于提高治疗效果,改善睡眠质量,优化睡眠结构,能够获得良好的临床效果。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of Zangfu massage(脏腑推拿)plus umbilical acupuncture on insomnia of heart and kidney failure type.Methods:Eighty-six patients with insomnia of heart and kidney failure type treated in Jilin Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)using random number method.Patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in observation group were given conventional treatment+Zangfu massage combined with umbilical acupuncture.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);PSQI scores and total scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zangfu massage plus umbilical acupuncture is helpful to improve treatment effect,promote sleep quality,optimize sleep structure,and obtain good clinical effect in treating insomnia of heart and kidney failure type.
