重症急性胰腺炎中西医结合内科治疗的若干问题浅析

Analysis of treating severe acute pancreatitis in integrative medicine

目的:探究重症急性胰腺炎中西医结合内科治疗的效果。方法:选择冠县中心医院在2018年11月-2019年11月收治的100例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院的先后顺序平均分成两组,试验组和对照组,每组50例患者,试验组患者使用中西医结合的方式进行治疗,对照组患者只使用西医的内科治疗方法,对比两组患者的治疗效果,以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:试验组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,χ^(2)=9.469;P=0.002,差异具有统计学意义;对照组患者的不良反应发生率显著大于试验组,χ^(2)=4.891;P=0.027。结论:中西医结合内科治疗对重症急性胰腺炎患者有显著的治疗效果,能显著改善患者的肠胃功能,减轻患者的痛苦,在临床治疗重症急性胰腺炎中值得推广和使用。

Objective: To explore the effect of integrative medicine on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 100 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Guanxian Central Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with integrative medicine, while patients in the control group were only treated with medical treatment of Western medicine.Results: The efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, χ^(2)=9.469;P=0.002, the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in experimental group,χ^(2)=4.891. P=0.027. Conclusion: Integrative medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with severe acute pancreatitis, it can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of patients, alleviate the pain of patients, and it is worthy of promotion.
