镇咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性分析

Analysis on efficacy of the Zhenke decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的 :探讨镇咳汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性。方法:取2019年1月-2020年1月到惠州市第一妇幼保健院治疗的支原体肺炎患儿172例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组86例,对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组应用镇咳汤治疗。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P <0.05);研究组症状改善时间短于对照组且研究组复发率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:治疗小儿支原体肺炎时,应用镇咳汤治疗,能增强治疗效果,同时还能够缩短病程,降低复发率,促进患儿病情尽早康复,在临床上值得应用推广。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Zhenke decoction(镇咳汤)on mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:86 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Huizhou First Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by random number method,with 43 cases in each group.Azithromycin was used in the control group,and the Zhenke decoction was used in the study group.Results:The efficiency in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group;and the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,the application of the Zhenke decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect.It can shorten the course of disease,reduce the recurrence rate,promote the early recovery of the disease in children,it is worth further application and promotion in clinical practice.
