摘要
桂枝新加汤源自中医经典《伤寒论》,其记载:“发汗后,身疼痛,脉沉迟者,桂枝加芍药生姜各一两人参三两新加汤主之。”原方主要用于汗后营卫气血不足之身疼痛、脉沉迟。现代医家扩大了其应用范围,凡虚损所致营卫不和,筋脉失养,不荣则痛,用之效好,在消化、心血管、内分泌、骨肉关节、妇产、小儿以及皮肤等多学科均有应用。鉴于其能有效应用多个系统疾病,临床应用较为广泛,文章就桂枝新加汤的临床应用进行综述,以期为该方广泛应用于临床提供参考。
The Guizhi Xinjia decoction(桂枝新加汤)is derived from Shang Han Lun,Diseases the classic of traditional Chinese medicine.It said:“After sweating,body paining and pulse delay,cinnamon twig decoction plus peony,fresh ginger,and ginseng decoction,the Guizhi Xinjia decoction can treat it”.The original prescription is used to treat bodily pain duo to insufficiency of Qi(气)and blood as well as construction-defense disharmony.Modern physicians have expanded the scope of its application to be used for the pain caused by the loss of honor or the loss of muscles and veins,including digestion,cardiovascular,endocrine,bone and joint,obstetrics and gynecology,pediatrics and dermatology etc..In view of its effective application of multiple system diseases,the application is relatively wide.This article summarizes the clinical application of the Guizhi Xinjia decoction,in order to provide reference for the wide application of the prescription in clinical practice.
