电针手法外敷药治疗踝扭伤的疗效观察

Efficacy of electro-acupuncture plus massotherapy and TCM external application on ankle sprain

目的:观察分析电针后手法配合外敷药治疗踝关节扭伤临床疗效。方法:收集2018年3月-2020年6月在广东药科大学附属第一医院门诊接受治疗的67例踝关节扭伤患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,治疗组为电针+手法正骨+外敷药组,共36例;对照组为外敷药组,共31例。统计并对比1周后治疗组与对照组的临床效果。结果:治疗组治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组疼痛评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组疼痛评分减少情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组疼痛评分下降3分以上的比例高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:电针+手法正骨+外敷药治疗可明显减轻踝扭伤引起的疼痛,且治疗效果较显著。

Objective:To observe efficacy of electro-acupuncture plus massotherapy and TCM external application on ankle sprain.Methods:From March 2018 to June 2020,67 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given electro-acupuncture plus massotherapy and TCM external application,with a total of 36 cases;the control group was given the TCM external application,with a total of 31 cases.Results:The pain scores in the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference in pain scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of pain relief between the two groups(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the proportion of pain scores decreased by more than 3 points was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture plus massotherapy and TCM external application on ankle sprain shows good effect,can significantly reduce the pain.
