张锡纯所著《医学衷中参西录》中山药与山茱萸同用的方剂有9首,治疗七大类疾病。二药在配伍上,调和阴阳,以急救定乱,用于治疗虚劳、霍乱;藏泻有度,平冲降逆,用于治疗喘证、吐衄;滋补真阴,调和脏腑,用于治疗消渴、女子闭经。通过理论依据及方药分析张锡纯辨证论治的学术思想与遣方用药的规律,指导临床实践。

In ZHANG Xichun’s Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu《(医学衷中参西录》),there are compatibility of Shanyao山(药)(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)and Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni)in 9 prescriptions for treating seven kinds of diseases.In the compatibility of the two drugs,Yin and Yang(阴阳)are harmonized to resolve chaos in first aid,and it is used for the treatment of fatigue,cholera;they can also be used to treat asthma syndrome and vomiting bleeding because they can moderate storage and diarrhea,they are smooth and can reduce adverse events;they can also be used to treat diabetes and women amenorrhea by nourishing yin and reconciling the viscera.This paper hopes to guide the clinical practice through analysis of the theoretical basis and prescription of ZHANG Xichun’s academic ideas of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the law of drug use.
