基于经典培养学术型研究生中医临床思维的模式新探索

Exploration on the New Mode of Training Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Thinking of Academic Graduate Based on Classics

自2014年之后,中医临床规培教育制度推行以来,学术型研究生的培养质量逐年下滑。现行制度下,学术型研究生面临着较大的科研压力,普遍存在中医专业基础不坚、中医临床思维缺失等问题。由于学科的特殊性,中医学术型研究生也得具备一定的临床思维能力,这就需要导师、学校都意识到培养学术型研究生中医临床思维的重要性并采取一系列措施。

Since the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical training education system in 2014, the training quality of academic graduate students has been declining year by year. Under the current system, academic graduate students are faced with great pressure of scientific research, and problems such as weak professional foundation of TCM and lack of TCM clinical thinking are common. Due to the particularity of disciplines, academic graduate students of TCM should also have certain clinical thinking ability, which requires tutors and schools to realize the importance of cultivating clinical thinking of academic graduate students of TCM and take a series of measures.
