以小组综述联合集中答辩为载体模式的PBL教学法在西医外科学教学中的应用

Application of PBL Teaching Method Based on Group Review Combined with Collective Defense in Western Surgery Teaching

目的 对小组综述联合集中答辩形式的以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在西医外科学教学中的应用进行初步探索。方法 对7个班级28篇小组综述进行集中答辩,通过制定相应标准进行评判,分析及发现论文撰写及答辩存在的问题。结果 小组综述评阅得分分布显示,大部分文章得分在70~89分,其中70~79分得分人数最多。通过小组综述联合集中答辩这种方式,能够完整实现PBL教学法所要求的“教师课前提出问题—学生查找资料—分组讨论—教师总结”全过程教学思路。但是在文章撰写和答辩过程中也发现一些问题。结论 以小组综述联合集中答辩为载体模式的PBL教学法能够提高学生对疾病的认识及撰写科学论文的能力,同时丰富了西医外科学教学形式,实现了以学生为中心、提高教学质量的教学目标。

Objective To discuss the application of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method based on group review combined with collective defense in western surgery teaching. Methods 28 group reviews of 7 classes were defended in a collective manner, and the problems in thesis writing and defense were analyzed and found by formulating corresponding standards for evaluation. Results The distribution of group review scores showed that the scores of most articles ranged from 70 to 89, and the scores of 70 to 79 were the most. Through the method of group review and collective defense, the whole process of teaching thought of “teacher asking questions before class-students searching for information-group discussion-teacher summarizing”, which is required by PBL teaching method,can be completely realized. However, some problems were found in the process of writing and defending the article. Conclusion PBL teaching method with group review and collective defense as the carrier model can improve students’ understanding of diseases and ability to write scientific papers, enrich the teaching form of western surgery, and realize the teaching goal of student-centered and improved teaching quality.
