中医辨证施护在重症监护病房护理教学中的应用价值 被引量:2

The Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Nursing Teaching of Intensive Care Unit

摘要 目的 探讨在重症监护病房护理教学工作中,实施中医辨证施护教学模式的带教效果。方法 选取2018年3月-2020年3月轮转重症监护病房的60名护理专业的学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组30名。对照组学生按照常规教学方法进行临床带教,观察组学生在对照组的基础上,加入中医辨证施护的教学方式,在1个月的临床教学后评估2组学生的护理能力及对护理工作的满意情况。结果 观察组的学生在中医辨证施护能力各方面评分上均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学工作的总满意率93.33%(28/30)明显高于对照组73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论将中医辨证施护用于重症监护病房护理教学中可取得显著的效果,提高学生的护理能力及满意率。 Objective To explore the effect of teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing in intensive care unit nursing teaching. Methods From March 2018 to March 2020, 60 nursing students from intensive care unit were selected as the research objects. According to the random digital table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 nursing students in each group. The students in the control group carried out clinical teaching according to the routine teaching method, and the students in the observation group added the teaching method of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group. After one month of clinical teaching, the nursing ability and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results All the scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total satisfaction rate of the students in the observation group was 93.33, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in nursing teaching in intensive care unit can achieve remarkable results and improve students’ nursing ability and satisfaction rate.
