瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris with Syndrome of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis

目的 探究瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证的疗效。方法 选2019年3月-2021年2月福建省光泽县中医院不稳定型心绞痛92例,将患者采用随机数字表法分为试验组及常规组,常规组采用单硝酸异山梨酯等常规治疗,试验组采用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤,比较2组治疗效果、症状改善程度、中医证候评分及心绞痛相关指标。结果 试验组治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间及硝酸甘油使用剂量显著低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者主证、次证证候积分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者CRP及Hcy水平显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者实施瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗,患者症状得到显著改善,治疗效果显著提高,有助于保障患者健康及生命。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods 92 cases of unstable angina pectoris in Guangze County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the patients were divided into experimental group and routine group by random number table method. The routine group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate and other routine treatments. The experimental group was combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement degree,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and angina pectoris related indexes between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of routine group(P<0.05). The frequency of angina pectoris attack,duration of angina pectoris and nitroglycerin dose in experimental group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of primary and secondary syndromes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05). After treatment,CRP and Hcy levels in experimental group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis has significantly improved the symptoms of the patients,and the therapeutic effect has been significantly improved,which helps to protect the health and life of the patients.
