温针灸联合功能训练对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效及血清IL-6和IL-18水平的影响

Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Functional Training on the Curative Effect of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients and Its Influence on Serum IL-6 and IL-18 Levels

目的 探究温针灸阳陵泉与功能训练联合应用于膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者中的疗效价值,并观察其对患者血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)水平的影响。方法 选取重庆市开州区中医院2019年4月-2020年4月收治的96例KOA患者为探究对象,依据随机分组的形式将入选患者归为联合组与单独组,各48例。单独组实施功能训练治疗,联合组实施温针灸阳陵泉联合功能训练治疗。观察2组患者的总有效率、治疗前后的IL-6、IL-18水平变化情况。结果 联合组患者的总有效率97.92%(47/48)显著高于单独组81.25%(39/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者的IL-6水平为(1.77±0.29)mg/L,显著低于单独组(2.71±0.55)mg/L(P<0.05);IL-18水平为(137.26±21.40)mg/L,显著低于单独组(192.95±27.95)mg/L(P<0.05)。结论 温针灸阳陵泉与功能训练联合应用于KOA中疗效确切,其能有效抑制炎症因子水平,促进患者尽早恢复。

Objective To explore the curative effect of warm needling moxibustion at Yanglingquan(GB34)combined with functional training in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to observe its effect on serum interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-18(IL-18). Methods A total of 96 KOA patients admitted to Chongqing Kaizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April2019 to April 2020 were selected as the subjects. The selected patients were randomly divided into combined group and single group,with 48 patients in each group. The single group was treated with functional training,and the combined group was treated with warm needling moxibustion at Yanglingquan(GB34)combined with functional training. The total effective rate,IL-6 and IL-18 levels before and after treatment in 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of combined group was 97.92%(47/48)significantly higher than that of single group(81.25%,39/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Joint group the patient’s level of IL-6(1.77 ± 0.29) mg/L,significantly lower than single group(2.7 ± 0.55) mg/L(P < 0.05). IL-18 level was(137.26± 21.40)mg/L,which was significantly lower than that of the single group(192.95± 27.95)mg/L(P< 0.05). Conclusion Warm needling moxibustion at Yanglingquan(GB34)combined with functional training is effective in KOA,which can effectively inhibit the level of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
