经方贴敷联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on Classical Prescription Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 探索经方贴敷联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月-2020年7月于抚顺市中医院内分泌科病房住院并接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用常规西药口服治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合自拟经方穴位贴敷治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、神经病变评分及感觉神经温度觉水平变化情况。结果 经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分(9.33±2.56)分,神经病变评分(17.33±4.24)分,感觉神经温度觉(27.51±5.23)℃,对照组中医证候评分(13.51±3.46)分,神经病变评分(22.42±4.61)分,感觉神经温度觉(24.63±5.64)℃,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经方穴位贴敷联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗方案可有效刺激糖尿病患者周围神经修复速率,提高血运状态,益气通络,扶正固本,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint application of classical prescription combined with calcium dobesilate on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected. The enrolled cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method. 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-designed acupoint application of classical prescription based on the control group. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,neuropathy and scores,sensory nerve temperature perception changes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After clinical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(9.33 ± 2.56) score,neuropathy score(17.33± 4.24)score,sensory nerve temperature perception(27.51± 5.23)℃ in experimental group,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(13.51 ± 3.46)score,neuropathy score(22.42 ± 4.61)score in control group,Sensory nerve temperature perception(24.63 ± 5.64)℃,experimental group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05) Conclusion Acupoint application of classical prescription combined with calcium dobesilate therapy can effectively stimulate the repair rate of peripheral nerves in diabetic patients. The clinical effect is significant. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
