Clinical Application Experience of Danggui Sini Decoction

当归四逆汤出自《伤寒论》,原文351条曰:“手足厥寒,脉细欲绝者,当归四逆汤主之”。手足厥寒和脉细欲绝是使用本方的眼目。经方家黄煌教授对当归四逆汤进行了深入研究,并将其灵活运用于临床各科,大大拓展了当归四逆汤的应用范围。作者师其意用于各科杂病,如手指干燥裂口、雷诺病、痛经及头痛等取得了较好的效果。

Danggui Sini decoction comes from Shanghan Lun. The original article 351 says:“If the hand and foot jue are cold and the pulse is thin,then the hand and foot jue are cold and the pulse is thin.”The hand and foot jue is cold and the pulse is thin. Professor Huang Huang,the founder of the classic,made a deep research on Danggui Sini decoction,and applied it flexibly to all clinical departments,which greatly expanded the application scope of Danggui Sini decoction. The author used it in various kinds of diseases,such as finger dryness,Raynaud’s phenomenon,dysmenorrhea and headache,etc.
