传承伟大抗疫精神时代背景下重症医学研究生思政建设思考

Thoughts on the Ideological and Political Construction in Graduate Education of Critical Care Medicine under the Great Spirit of Combating the COVID-19 Epidemic Social Background

高校思想政治教育承担着培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重大使命。抗击新冠肺炎疫情对重症医学人才提出新的高标准需求。结合重症医学学科特点,把思政教育融入其研究生培养的专业、课程、实践等各个环节是提升医学研究生教育的核心动力。在传承伟大“抗疫精神”时代背景下,通过从“培养计划思政”“课程思政”“教学思政”“教学团队思政”“学术思政”和“考核思政”等问题逐一入手,将推动重症医学研究生培养“专业思政、课程思政”的知行合一,能更好发挥医学高校“立德树人”的中心任务,将为提升我国重症医学人才素质作出贡献。

The ideological and political education in colleges and universities undertakes the great mission in training social builders and socialist successor. With the combating COVID-19 epidemic,the society need more and more professionals of critical care medicine who are highly intellectual and professional. In order to improve the core power of medical education,we combine the subject characteristics of critical care medicine and integrate the ideological and political education into the links of postgraduate training(such as majors,courses,practice,and et al.). Under the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic social background,we could promote the traditional ethic connotations in post-graduate education of critical care medicine by reforming ideological and political theory in training plan,course,teaching,teaching team,academic ability,and training assessment. It can practice the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation of medical college and to cultivate more high-quality talents in critical medicine.
