医教协同背景下中医全科人才培养浅议

Discussion on the Cultivation of General Practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Background of Medical Education Cooperation

中医全科医生是熟练掌握中西医实用诊疗技术,具有预防、诊疗、养生、康复等全面的医疗技能的高级的复合型、实用型专门人才,将为适应医学模式转变、疾病谱改变及人口老龄化发展,承担重要的作用。但中医全科教育起步较晚,在人才培养方面仍有一些不足。文章在医教协同背景下,从师资培养、人才培养方案完善和培训基地的建设方面探索提升中医全科人才培养质量的方法。

General practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine are senior compound and practical professionals who are proficient in the practical diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and have comprehensive medical skills such as prevention,diagnosis and treatment,health preservation and rehabilitation. They will play an important role in adapting to the change of medical model,the change of disease spectrum and the development of aging population. However,the general education of traditional Chinese medicine started late,and there are still some deficiencies in personnel training. Under the background of medical education cooperation,this paper explores the methods to improve the quality of general practitioners training of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of teacher training,personnel training program improvement and training base construction.
