摘要 外感发热是常见病、多发病,给人类日常生活带来诸多不便。中医药在退热方面优势明显,通过对中药石膏气味、归经、功效、历代医家应用经验及现代药理学研究进行分析,认为石膏在抗外感发热中具有重要作用,是一味难得退热良药。石膏味辛气凉,可从肌表发散外感邪气;性寒凉质重,可从阳明胃腑清泄外感瘀毒,而发挥退热作用。石膏在中药汤剂中可溶解出多种微量元素,其抗外感发热的作用机制可能是多种微量元素直接抗病毒、抗细菌、免疫调节、抗炎等共同作用结果。 Exogenous fever is a common and frequently encountered disease,which brings quite a lot of inconvenience to human daily life. Traditional Chinese medicine has an obvious advantage in pyretolysis. According to the analysis of the odor,channel tropism,efficacy,application experience of doctors in previous dynasties and modern pharmacological research,it is considered that gypsum fibrosum is of great significance in preventing an exogenous fever. Gypsum fibrosum has been recognized to be a significantly good medicine for pyretolysis. Gypsum fibrosum is pungent in taste and cool in favor,which can eliminate exogenous pathogenic factor from the skin surface. Besides,it is cold in nature and heavy in substance,which can clear the exogenous blood stasis and toxin from the stomach of Yangming,thus playing an antipyretic role. Gypsum fibrosum can dissolve a variety of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The possible mechanism of its preventing role in exogenous fever may be the joint action of many trace elements to directly exert various effects such as anti-virus,anti-bacteria,immune regulation,anti-inflammation,etc.
