医养结合模式下延续护理在老年前列腺增生患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Nursing in Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Under Hospital-pension Service Model

目的研究医养结合模式下延续护理在老年前列腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月-2020年9月我院治疗的62例老年前列腺增生患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在医养结合模式下实施延续护理,比较两组临床前列腺症状评分、最大尿流率、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组前列腺症状评分低于对照组,最大尿流率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的80.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医养结合模式下延续护理可改善老年前列腺增生患者前列腺症状,增大最大尿流率,提高自我护理能力、生活质量,且患者对护理满意度较高。

Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia under hospital-pension service model.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing under hospital-pension service model.The clinical prostate symptom score,maximum urinary flow rate,self-care ability score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The prostate symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing under hospital-pension service model can improve prostate symptoms,increase maximum urinary flow rate,improve self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
