骨骼肌肉疼痛体外冲击波术治疗肌筋膜炎的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave for Musculoskeletal Pain in the Treatment of Myofasciitis

目的探讨骨骼肌肉疼痛体外冲击波术治疗肌筋膜炎的效果。方法60例肌筋膜炎患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组给予口服镇痛药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予骨骼肌肉疼痛体外冲击波术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、腰椎功能(ODI评分)以及疾病复发率。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组的VAS评分与ODI评分均显著低于治疗前,且实验组的VAS评分与ODI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的疾病复发率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论骨骼肌肉疼痛体外冲击波术治疗肌筋膜炎的效果显著,能有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave for musculoskeletal pain in the treatment of myofasciitis.Methods 60 patients with myofasciitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral analgesics,and the experimental group was given extracorporeal shock wave for musculoskeletal pain on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,pain degree(VAS score),lumbar spine function(ODI score)and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the VAS and ODI scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS and ODI scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the experimental group was 3.33%,significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave for musculoskeletal pain in the treatment of myofasciitis has significant effect,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,improve lumbar spine function,and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
