纤维支气管镜治疗PICU重症肺炎患儿的临床效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨纤维支气管镜治疗PICU重症肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法80例PICU重症肺炎患儿随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予纤维支气管镜治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床指标、肺功能指标和炎症指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽消退时间、喘息消失时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,PEF、MMF水平均显著高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-8水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜治疗PICU重症肺炎患儿的临床效果显著,可有效抑制炎性反应,改善肺功能,缩短住院时间。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of PICU children with severe pneumonia.Methods 80 cases of PICU children with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,clinical indicators,pulmonary function indicators and inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 77.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The cough subsidence time,wheezing disappearance time,body temperature recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the levels of PEF and MMF were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of PICU children with severe pneumonia has significant clinical effect,which can effectively inhibit inflammatory response,improve pulmonary function and shorten hospitalization time.
