强制性运动疗法联合现代康复对老年脑卒中患者痉挛状态、肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响

Impact of Compulsory Exercise Therapy Combined with Modern Rehabilitation on Spasticity,Limb Motor Function and Quality of Life of Elderly Stroke Patients

目的探讨强制性运动疗法联合现代康复对老年脑卒中患者痉挛状态、肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法80例老年脑卒中患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用强制性运动疗法,观察组采用强制性运动疗法联合现代康复,比较两组的痉挛状态、肢体运动功能和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组的Ashworth痉挛评定量表分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肢体运动功能评分和生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的肢体运动功能评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强制性运动疗法联合现代康复可有效改善老年脑卒中患者的痉挛状态和肢体运动功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of compulsory exercise therapy combined with modern rehabilitation on spasticity,limb motor function and quality of life of elderly stroke patients.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received compulsory exercise therapy,while the observation group received compulsory exercise therapy combined with modern rehabilitation.The spasticity,limb motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the grading of Ashworth spasticity rating scale in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of limb motor function and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of limb motor function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compulsory exercise therapy combined with modern rehabilitation can effectively improve the spasticity and limb motor function of elderly stroke patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
