厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并冠心病(CHD)的临床效果。方法138例高血压合并CHD患者根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。在常规对症治疗基础上,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对照组采用氢氯噻嗪片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、血压水平以及血管内皮功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组,血清NO水平高于对照组,血清ET-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗高血压合并CHD的效果确切,可有效控制患者血压,改善患者的血管内皮功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 138 patients with hypertension complicated with CHD were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was treated with irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure levels and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 76.47%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SBP and DBP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the serum NO level was higher than that of the control group,and the serum ET-1 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with CHD has exact effect,which can effectively control the blood pressure and improve the vascular endothelial function of patients.
