改良式荷包缝合术与B-Lynch缝合术应用于剖宫产产后出血产妇的效果对比

Comparison on the Effects of Modified Purse-String Suture and B-Lynch Suture Applied in Puerperae with Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的比较改良式荷包缝合术与B-Lynch缝合术应用于剖宫产产后出血产妇的效果。方法98例剖宫产产后出血产妇分为两组,A组给予改良式荷包缝合术治疗,B组给予B-Lynch缝合术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和并发症。结果A组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后48 h出血量、住院时间、月经复潮时间、术后宫底高度、恶露持续时间、术后并发症发生率均低于B组,术后FSH、LH、E2水平均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论改良式荷包缝合术应用于剖宫产产后大出血产妇可获得显著的止血效果,可降低手术时间及出血量,促进卵巢功能的恢复。

Objective To compare the effects of modified purse-string suture and B-Lynch suture applied in puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods 98 puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with modified purse-string suture,and group B was treated with B-Lynch suture.The therapeutic effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount,blood loss amount within 48 h after surgery,hospitalization time,menstrual relapse time,postoperative fundus height,lochia duration and incidence of postoperative complications in group A were lower than those in group B,and the levels of FSH,LH and E2 after surgery were better than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified purse-string suture applied in puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section can achieve significant hemostatic effect,which can reduce the operation time and blood loss amount,and promote the recovery of ovarian function.
