摘要
目的探讨纽曼系统护理模式联合同伴支持干预在肝移植患者术后血糖控制中的应用效果。方法80例肝移植患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规护理联合同伴支持干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用纽曼系统护理模式干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的切口愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均显著低于干预前,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为12.5%,显著低于对照组的35.0%(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理模式联合同伴支持干预可有效控制肝移植患者的术后血糖,促进术后恢复,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of Neuman system nursing model combined with peer support intervention in postoperative blood glucose control of patients with liver transplantation.Methods 80 patients with liver transplantation were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with peer support intervention,and the observation group received intervention of Neuman system nursing model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 12.5%,significantly lower than 35.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuman system nursing model combined with peer support intervention can effectively control the postoperative blood glucose of patients with liver transplantation,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
