摘要
异质材料零件3D打印兼顾多种优点,在汽车、航空航天、医疗和食品工业等领域具有广阔的应用前景,逐渐成为国内外3D打印领域的研究热点。异质零件主要包括多材料零件、梯度功能材料零件和多相材料零件。不同类别的异质零件(HEO)成形材料在硬度、耐蚀性和环境适应性的表现各不相同。系统性阐述了异质零件成形材料及其制备与性能测试,作为异质零件3D打印的基础。
3D printing of heterogeneous objects has a broad application prospect in the automotive,aerospace,medical and food industries.It is becoming a research hotspot in the field of 3D printing at home and abroad.Heterogeneous objects mainly include multi-material parts,gradient functional material parts and multi-phase material parts.The performance of different types of molding materials for heterogeneous objects(HEO)varies in terms of hardness,corrosion resistance,and environmental adaptability.This paper systematically describes molding materials used for heterogeneous objects,their preparation and performance test,which is the basis for 3D printing of heterogeneous objects.
