梅奢扎是哈尼族的重要节日,能够呈现出哈尼族人在特定的历史文化发展中物质与精神层面的追求。对于大多数哈尼族外出务工者而言,梅奢扎具有特殊的意义。每逢节日来临,在云南省内一些城市务工的哈尼族人很早就回到家乡欢度梅奢扎,他们在节日场域中能够获得精神慰藉和心理支持,从集体记忆中汲取消除内卷化造成压力的精神力量,从而使其返回城市后能够更好地适应城市生活。

"Meishezha"is an important festival of Ethnic Hani in Yunnan Province,which presents their pursuit of material and spiritual aspects in the specific and historical period.For most of the Hani migrant workers in urban areas,the festival is of special significance.Before the festival,the Hani people working in the Yunnan province return home early for celebration.They are able to obtain spiritual comfort and psychological support from this festival and develop mental strength to relieve the involution pressure from collective memory,which makes them adapt themselves to the urban life better.
