Qualitative Research on the Practice Experience of Specialized Nurses without Nursing Clinics

目的探讨未开设护理门诊的专科护士在执业过程中的真实感受,为加强专科护理队伍建设提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选取某院未开设护理门诊的10名专科护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果共提炼出工作收获(自身能力提升,发展平台扩大)、工作困境(设备配置不足,自我价值体现不明显,团队资源受限,管理岗位影响,医护人员认同度低)、工作期望(发展护理门诊,明确工作内容,提升科研能力)3个主题10个亚主题。结论未开设护理门诊的专科护士在开展专科护理工作过程中面临多种难题,需政策、设备、医护人员等支持,还需要明确角色职能与提升科研能力,以助力专科护理发展。

Objective To explore the true experience of the specialized nurses without nursing clinics,and provide reference for strengthening the construction of specialized nurses team.Methods Ten specialized nurses without nursing clinic were enrolled for semi-structured interviews by using purposeful sampling.Interview data was analyzed by the 7-step analysis of Colaizzi.Results There were three main themes and 10 sub-themes,which included the work harvest(self-ability improvement,development platform expansion);difficulties in work(insufficient equipment,lack of self-worth,team strength deficiency,influence of positions and duties,insufficient support of medical staff);expectations for future development(the development of nursing outpatient service,the explicit work content,and the improvement of scientific research ability).Conclusion The specialized nurses without nursing clinics face many difficulties in the process of carrying out specialized nursing work.They need the support of policies,equipment and medical staff,and also need to clarify their roles and improve their scientific research ability to help the development of specialized nursing.
