Children’s health bears on the happiness of families and the future of the nation.Strengthening the reform and development of children’s medical and health services is an important part of the building of a healthy China and the development of health services.Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University(Xi’an Children’s Hospital)accurately defines the function positioning and responsibilities of the National Children’s Regional Medical Center,and promotes the construction of Children’s National Regional Medical Center by improving the medical quality through"attracting talents,leading teams and strengthening specialties";closely relying on universities,standardizing training bases,promoting talent training;introducing scientific research talents,building key laboratories,speeding up the transformation of scientific research;combination of prevention and treatment,prevention before treatment,strengthening health management;constructing intelligent hospital and promoting fine management.
