摘要
将新型再生纤维素纤维与针叶木、阔叶木浆按照浆料比例1∶6∶3混合抄造,发现随着新型再生纤维素纤维磨浆转数的增加,医疗器械灭菌包装用纸的抗张力、耐破度逐渐上升,撕裂度、透气度与最大等效孔径逐渐下降。从25,000 r至65,000 r,医疗器械灭菌包装用纸的透气度下降了25%左右,最大等效孔径下降了15%,表面强度均为10 A左右。进行了医疗器械灭菌包装用纸产品的试制,可以满足连续生产的要求,且最大等效孔径显著降低。
The effect of PFI pulping revolutions on new type regenerated cellulose fibers was studied.According to the ratio of 1:6:3,the new type of regenerated cellulose fiber,softwood pulp and hardwood pulp were mixed together and used for papermaking.It was found that with the increase of the beating revolutions of the new recycled cellulose fiber,the tensile and bursting strength of the sterilization packaging paper for medical instruments increased gradually,while the tearing strength,permeability and maximum equivalent aperture decreased gradually.When the beating revolutions added form 25000 r to65000 r,the air permeability of sterilization packaging paper for medical instrument decreased by about 25%,the maximum equivalent aperture decreased by 15%,and the surface strength was about 10 A.The trial production of sterilization packaging paper for medical instruments was carried out.The results met the requirements of continuous production,and the maximum equivalent aperture was significantly reduced.
