摘要
随着生活节奏的加快,为了节省时间成本,人们的就餐消费观念也在不断变化,快递送餐和外出用餐已呈普遍化趋势。随之而来的是对食品包装的要求,快餐食品包装物中的有害物质危害人体健康。其中纸质食品包装中的有害物质迁移到食品中对人体造成危害。以常见的纸制品为研究对象,检测了重金属铅、砷、锑(Pb、As、Sb)、荧光性物质、邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)、溶剂残留量、微生物限量5类有害物质,对目前行业关注的各类危害进行了风险研究,提出了食品包装纸制品减少风险的质量保证措施,并提出了相关建议,供纸制品的使用者、生产者及政府监管人员参考。
With the quickening pace of life,people’s concept of dining consumption is also changing in order to save time cost,express delivery and dining out has become a popular trend.Then comes the requirement of food packaging,the harmful substances in the packaging of fast food do harm to human health.Among them,harmful substances in paper food packaging migrate to food and cause harm to human body through common paper tableware.As the research object,and tested the heavy metal lead,arsenic,antimony(Pb,As,Sb),fluorescent material,phthalic acid esters(PAEs),solvent residue,microbial 5 kind of harmful material set limit to,has carried on the risk to all kinds of harm of attention in current industry research,put forward the food wrapping paper tableware quality assurance measures to reduce the risk,Some suggestions were put forward for the users,producers and government supervisors.
