太赫兹目标特征研究进展

摘要 伴随着太赫兹雷达技术的快速发展,有关太赫兹目标特性的研究得到国内外学者的重视,并成为近几年的一个重要研究领域。本文综述并分析了太赫兹目标特性的国内外最新研究进展,包括光滑和粗糙表面简单散射体的太赫兹特征、复杂形状目标缩比模型的太赫兹ISAR成像、缩比模型的太赫兹RCS测量的研究进展,为太赫兹雷达系统设计、目标识别以及隐身目标设计等研究工作提供基础。 Accompanied by the rapid growth of the terahertz radar,many global scholars pay more attention to the research on terahertz target characteristics,which has become an important research area in recent years.In this paper,the latest research progress of on the characteristics of terahertz targets at home and abroad is reviewed and analyzed,including the terahertz characteristic of the simple scatters with the smooth and rough surface,the ISAR imaging of the scaled models with complex shape,and the terahertz of the scaled models.The work of this paper may offer some reference and gist for research on terahertz radar design,target recognition and terahertz stealth target design.
