摘要
水口结瘤问题是低碳钢、超低碳钢连铸过程中亟需解决的关键问题之一,其直接影响铸坯质量及生产过程顺行。从水口结瘤机理的角度出发,介绍了界面活性元素的基本含义及当前的研究方向,总结了常见的界面活性元素,并比较了连铸中界面活性元素对两相间润湿性及夹杂物形态、尺寸、分布的影响,分析了界面活性元素对水口结瘤的影响机制,对预测实际生产中钢液的不同活性元素对润湿性、夹杂物及结瘤产物的交互影响有一定的指导意义。结合本团队的研究,展望了界面活性元素未来的研究方向。
Nozzle clogging is one of the key issues that needs to be solved urgently in the continuous casting of low-carbon steel and ultra-low-carbon steel,which directly affects the quality of cast slabs and the smooth of production process.From the point of view of nozzle clogging mechanisms,the basic meaning of interfacial active elements and the current research fields are introduced,common interfacial active elements are summarized,and the influence of interfacial active elements on the wettability between two phases and the shape,size and distribution of inclusions in continuous casting is compared.The influence mechanism of interface active elements on the nozzle clogging is analyzed,which has certain guiding significance for predicting the interactive influence of different active elements of molten steel on wettability,inclusions and clogging products in actual production.Combined with the research of this team,the future research directions of interface active elements are prospected.
