摘要
介绍了棒材表面红外探伤系统的组成以及可能影响检测可靠性的各种因素。根据南京钢铁股份有限公司棒材红外探伤的应用实践,分析了影响因素的产生原因以及避免或削弱的方法和措施。实际应用证明,只要使用和操作得当,棒材表面的红外探伤是稳定、可靠的。
The components of bar surface infrared testing system and various factors those may influence the testing reliability were introduced.Based on the application practice of bar infrared testing in Nanjing Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes of influencing factors as well as the methods and measures to avoid or weaken them were analyzed.The practical application proved that as long as it was properly operated,the infrared testing on the bar surface was stable and reliable.
