Project investment comparison of technical schemes for underground salt cavern gas storage construction

摘要 盐穴型储气库是地下储气库的重要组成形式,与枯竭油气藏改建储气库相比,盐穴型储气库具有建设周期较长、单井吞吐量大、注采转换灵活等特点。经过多年的研究与实践,目前国内外形成了三种成熟的盐穴型储气库建库技术:大井眼建库技术、常规井眼建库技术和双井单腔建库技术,三种建库技术具有各自的特点。盐穴型储气库工程投资主要包括前期评价费用、地下工程费用、地面工程费用、垫气费及其他费用。本文通过对某典型盐穴型储气库三种建库技术对应的工程投资进行对比,为盐穴型储气库建库技术方案优选提供依据。 Salt cavern gas storage is an important component of underground gas storage.Compared with the reconstruction of depleted oil and gas reservoirs gas storage, salt cavern gas storage has the characteristics of longer construction period, larger single well throughput, and flexible injection-production conversion. After years of research and practice, three mature salt cavern gas storage construction technologies have been formed at home and abroad, large wellbore construction technology, conventional wellbore construction technology, dual well single cavity construction technology. Each kind of technologies has its own characteristics. The investment in the salt cavern gas storage project mainly includes preliminary evaluation costs, underground engineering costs, surface engineering costs, cushion gas costs and other costs. This article compares the engineering investment in a typical salt cavern gas storage corresponding to these three technologies, and provides an advice for the selection of technology for salt cavern gas storage construction.
