摘要
依托河南省F高速公路2015年沥青路面养护工程,开展多碎石沥青混凝土SAC-10薄层罩面处治方案及混合料组成设计,并对试验段路面技术状况进行连续5年检测分析。结果表明:多碎石沥青混凝土SAC-10可用于路面破损率DR为0.4%~2.0%、局限于上面层1~3 cm浅层病害、面层层间结合较好的连续路段处治;按照粗集料形成骨架、细集料填充密实的原则,设计的多碎石沥青混凝土SAC-10混合料,能够满足沥青路面养护薄层罩面的路用性能要求。
Based on the maintenance project in 2015 of asphalt pavement of F Highway in Henan province, the treatment plan and mixture composition design of the gravelly asphalt concrete SAC-10 thin layer overlay were carried out, and the technical condition of the test section pavement was tested and analyzed for 5 consecutive years. The results show that: the gravelly asphalt concrete SAC-10 can be used for continuous road sections with a pavement damage rate DR of 0.4 %~2.0 %, limited to the shallow layer disease of 1 to 3 cm on the upper layer,and a good combination of surface layers;Based on the principle of coarse aggregate forming a skeleton and a dense filling of fine aggregates, the designed gravelly asphalt concrete SAC-10 mixture can meet the road performance requirements of the asphalt pavement maintenance thin layer overlay.
