摘要
以福建省某工程为依托,在现场埋设加速度传感器,分别从X, Y, Z三个方向来研究道路夯实机振动工作时对周围环境的影响。分别测试了三大类情况HHT-8四个夯实档位,测试1未设置隔震沟,测试2和测试3设置了不同尺寸的隔震沟。结果表明:设置隔震沟后,随着距离的增加,加速度响应先减小后在距隔震沟3 m处回弹后再次衰减;设置隔震沟能够有效地减小加速度响应,但隔震沟尺寸增加较小时,对加速度响应减小效果不明显;提出了不同档位下的施工安全距离。
Based on a project in Fujian Province, the impact of the road rammer vibration work on the surrounding environment was studied from the three directions of X, Y, Z respectively by using the accelerometer embedded in the field. The HHT-8 under the four rammed gears with three situations were tested respectively. No isolation ditch was set in test 1, while isolation ditches of different sizes were set in test 2 and test 3. The results show that with the increase of distance, the acceleration response decreases first and then attenuates again after a rebound 3 m away from the isolation ditch. The acceleration response can be effectively reduced by setting isolation ditch, but the effect is not obvious when the size of isolation ditch is small. The safe distances of construction with and without isolation ditch under different gears have been put forward.
