玄武岩机制砂制备C50混凝土配比正交试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以云南省杨柳至宣威高速公路项目2标段K33+400~K43+020段主线工程为依托,通过改造设备和工序生产得到石粉含量、颗粒级配等符合要求的机制砂;基于正交试验理论,通过室内试验测得不同机制砂掺量、钢渣掺量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比及砂率下的C50混凝土7,28天抗压强度及其坍落度和扩展度,并通过理论分析研究5种因素对玄武岩机制砂混凝土力学性能和工作性能影响显著程度及其规律。研究成果表明:机制砂混凝土已经成为了解决天然河砂匮乏难题的重要手段,对其配合比进行研究具有重要的实践意义,可为河砂匮乏地区的高标号混凝土制备和配比设计提供理论借鉴。 In relation to the main line works of the Section 2 of K33+400~K43+020 of Yangliu—Xuanwei Expressway in Yunnan, machine-made sand with stone powder content and particle gradation is obtained through the produced transformation of equipment and process. Based on the orthogonal test theory, the 7-day and 28-day compressive strength, slump and expansion of C50 concrete under different machine-made sand content, steel slag content, fly ash content, water-binder ratio and sand ratio have been measured through laboratory tests. The influence of five factors on mechanical properties and working performance of basalt machine-made sand concrete is studied. The research results show that machine made sand concrete has become an important means to solve the problem of natural river sand shortage, and it is of great practical significance to study its mix ratio. It can provide theoretical reference for the preparation and proportioning design of high-grade concrete in river sand deficient areas.
