大力弘扬廉洁文化 助力乡村振兴发展

党的十九大报告中,对实施乡村振兴战略提出“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总体要求。由此可以看出,农村进步、农民富裕、农业发展,基层乡村生产方式和社会结构将会带来前所未有的新变化。在全面实施乡村振兴大背景下,各地区基层农村在廉洁文化发展和建设过程中,存在着很多问题,比如思想道德滑坡、娱乐消遣庸俗、铺张浪费严重,甚至还存在基层干部“微腐败”现象,影响我国各地区基层乡村振兴工作顺利开展。文章旨在研究基层农村廉洁文化建设存在问题,探讨大力弘扬廉洁文化助力乡村振兴重要策略,为基层乡村在弘扬廉洁文化助力乡村振兴方面提供可行性思路和建议。

In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, the general requirements for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization are "industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and affluent life". From this we can see that rural progress, farmers’ affluence, agricultural development, grass-roots rural mode of production and social structure will bring unprecedented new changes. In the context of the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization, there are many problems in the development and construction of clean culture in grass-roots rural areas,such as ideological and moral decline, vulgarity of entertainment, serious extravagance and waste, and even the phenomenon of "micro-corruption" of grass-roots cadres, which affects the smooth development of grass-roots rural revitalization in our country. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems existing in the construction of incorruptible culture in grass-roots rural areas, to explore the important strategies of vigorously promoting incorruptible culture to promote rural revitalization, and to provide feasible ideas and suggestions for grass-roots villages in promoting incorruptible culture to promote rural revitalization.
