浅谈光伏发电在北京住宅项目中的应用现状

Discussion on Application Status of Photovoltaic Power Generation in Beijing Residential Projects

我国光伏产业主要应用于大型农业基地及经济开发区、电力保障不足的边远地域,民用建筑应用较少,尤其是可借鉴的住宅项目微乎其微。本文简述太阳能光伏发电原理及系统构成,汇总光伏板分类及应用的调研成果。以北京住宅项目为例,浅析光伏发电系统的安装选型、发电量、传输损耗及投资收益,供开发及设计此类项目的行业人员以参考。

China’s photovoltaic industry is mainly applied to large agricultural bases, economic development zones, and remote areas with insufficient power guarantee. While there are few applications in civil buildings, especially very few residential projects for reference.This paper briefly describes the basic principle and system composition of solar photovoltaic power generation, and summarizes the classification and application of photovoltaic panels.Take Beijing residential project as an example, this paper briefly analyzes the installation and selection, power generation, transmission loss and investment income of photovoltaic power generation system, which could provide reference on the development and design of similar projects for relevant industry personnel.
