随着近年来我国经济与科技的快速发展,有效带动了建筑行业的持续进步。近几年来,许多新型技术与方法不断被应用于我国的建筑设计行业中,特别是BIM技术在装配式建筑设计当中的应用得到了技术专家及工作人员的普遍关注。其不仅能够使建筑设计的效率提高,同时还使建筑工程的质量得到保障。因此,BIM方法技术的应用对于建筑行业来说具备了极其重要的现实意义。基于此,本文主要针对装配式建筑设计中的BIM方法应用进行了分析,希望为相关的研究人员和行业从业者提供参考。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology in recent years, it has effectively promoted the continuous progress of the construction industry. In recent years, many new technologies and methods have been continuously applied in China’s architectural design industry. Especially the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building design has attracted general attention from technical experts and staff, which can not only improve the efficiency of architectural design, but also guarantee the quality of construction engineering. Therefore, the application of BIM technology is of great practical significance for the construction industry. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM method in the prefabricated building design, which could provide reference for relevant researchers and industry practitioners.
