摘要
鹤壁市形成了以科学决策方法为引领,以基于用户需求的关键技术实施策略为动力,以信息化支撑下的全过程纠偏管理为手段,针对不同类型建筑物清洁取暖特征和用户需求特征,制定适宜的政策和市场激励方案,形成清洁取暖“鹤壁模式”,并在全国类似试点城市推广。
Guided by scientific decision-making methods, driven by the implementation strategy of key technologies based on user demands, and by means of whole process deviation correction management supported by information technology,Hebi City has formulated appropriate policies and market incentive schemes according to the characteristics of clean heating and user needs of different types of buildings, forming a "Hebi model" of clean heating and extending it in similar pilot cities across the country.
