摘要
本文以北京朝阳区望京首开尚樾项目(3栋高档精装修高层住宅)为案例载体,分析了该工程在分包繁多的情况下,合理安排组织分包项目,规范分包行为,保证工程施工进度、质量、安全、绿色文明施工、成本管理满足总承包合同要求,最终顺利控制分包项目按期保质完工。
In this paper, taking the first Shangyue project(3 high-grade fine decoration high-rise residential buildings) in Wangjing, Chaoyang District, Beijing as a case carrier, it is analyzed that the project reasonably arranges and organizes subcontracting projects under the condition of various subcontracts, standardizes subcontracting behavior, and ensures that the construction progress, quality, safety, green and civilized construction, and cost management of the project meet the requirements of the general contracting contract, and finally successfully controls the completion of the subcontracting project on schedule with good quality.
