含麻醉或精神药品复方制剂滥用现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Abuse of Compound Preparations Containing Narcotic or Psychotropic Drugs

含麻醉或精神药品复方制剂在我国属于严格管制的一类特殊药品,对人体健康具有明显的双重性。近年来在全球范围内,该类药物滥用现象显著增加。目前多数研究注重探究各类新型麻醉或精神药品的使用现状,而忽视了其复方制剂的滥用情况。本文通过简要介绍含麻醉或精神药品复方制剂并梳理部分常见药品,分析其应用现状、潜在风险以及产生滥用的原因,探讨当前我国含麻醉或精神药品复方制剂的监管制度,并总结归纳,在此基础上提出改善对策和建议以推进监管体系改善,防止药物滥用,保障人群合理安全用药,同时为含麻醉或精神药品复方制剂的广泛研究提供理论基础。

Compound preparations containing narcotic or psychotropic drugs are a kind of special drugs under strict control in China,which have obvious duality to human health.In recent years,the abuse of this kind of drugs has increased worldwide.At present,most studies focus on the current situation of the use of various new narcotic or psychotropic drugs,while the abuse of their compound preparations are ignored.According to the brief introduction of the compound preparations containing narcotic or psychotropic drugs and the combing of some common drugs,their application status,potential risks and reasons for abuse are analyzed.In addition,we discuss and summarize the current regulatory system of compound preparations containing narcotic or psychotropic drugs in China,on this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the supervision system,prevent drug abuse and ensure rational and safe use of drugs by people.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the extensive research of compound preparations containing narcotic or psychotropic drugs.
