瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑动脉粥样硬化的效果分析

Study on the Mechanism of Rosuvastatin in Preventing Muscle Injury Caused by Cerebral Atherosclerosis

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年5月在该院接受治疗的140例脑动脉粥样硬化患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为试验组和对照组,各70例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8;)、血脂变化情况(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、炎症水平变化情况(CK、TNF-α、IL-8、hs-CRP)。结果:治疗后,对照组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8;指标低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组CK、TNF-α、IL-8、hs-CRP水平高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑动脉粥样硬化可以提高患者的免疫功能,改善患者的血脂水平,降低患者的炎症水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on cerebral atherosclerosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 140 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were divided into test group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the test group was treated with rosuvastatin.The immune function(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8;),changes in blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),and changes in inflammation levels(CK,TNF-α,IL-8,hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD8;indexes of the control group were lower than those the test group,the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the TC,TG,LDL-C indexes of the test group were lower than the control group,and the HDL-C indexes were higher than those the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of CK,TNF-α,IL-8,and hs-CRP in the control group were higher than those in the test group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin treatment of cerebral atherosclerosis can improve the patient’s immune function,improve the patient’s blood lipid level,and reduce the patient’s inflammation level.
