瑞舒伐他汀对冠脉造影正常的急性心肌梗死患者的疗效分析

Effect of Rosuvastatin on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction with Normal Coronary Angiography

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠脉造影正常的急性心肌梗死患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月我院收治的82例冠脉造影正常的急性心肌梗死患者,以抽签法分为研究组和参照组,每组41例。两组患者均采用基础治疗,参照组在上述基础上采用曲美他嗪治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原)、血脂水平。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为97.56%,高于参照组的80.49%(P<0.05)两组免疫功能、炎性因子、血液流变学指标、血脂水平均优于治疗前,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠脉造影正常的急性心肌梗死患者效果确切,可有效改善炎性因子、血脂水平以及血液流变学,提升患者的免疫功能,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of rosuvastatin on patients with acute myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiography.Methods:A selection of 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiography admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into study group and reference group by lottery method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment,the reference group was treated with trimetazidine,and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the reference group.Compared the treatment effect,immune function(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)],hemorheology indicators(plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,fibrinogen),blood lipid level between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.49%of the reference group(P<0.05);the immunity,inflammatory factor,blood lipid level hemofheological indexes of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiography.It can effectively improve inflammatory factors,blood lipid levels and hemorheology,enhance the immune function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
