呼吸内科抗菌药物合理用药的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Rational Use of Antibiotics in Respiratory Medicine

目的:探讨呼吸内科抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:选择2019年1月—2021年1月该院呼吸内科65例患者作为该次的研究对象,分析患者对于抗菌药物的选择以及使用情况。结果:呼吸内科65例患者中使用抗菌药物的共60例患者,使用率为92.31%。使用抗菌药物的种类中限制性抗菌药物达475例次,占比为47.50%;特殊级别的抗菌药物108例次,占比10.80%。抗菌药物中左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林他唑巴坦使用次数较多。60例患者中采用单一方式用药的有32例,二联用药的有20例,三联用药的有8例。使用抗菌药物的60例患者中临床标本送检的有40例。使用限制级和特殊级抗菌药物送检的占比为42.50%、25.00%。40例送检标本中阳性的有16例,送检的标本种类中以痰液较多。结论:呼吸内科中标本送检率低,联合用药较多,需要进行严格管理,促使抗菌药物合理应用。

Objective:To explore the rational application of antibacterial drugs in respiratory medicine.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,65 patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the hospital were selected as the research objects for this study,and the patient’s selection and use of antibacterial drugs were analyzed.Results:Among the 65 patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,60 patients used antibacterial drugs,and the use rate was 92.31%.Among the types of antibacterial drugs used,475 cases of restricted antibacterial drugs,accounting for 47.50%;108 cases of special-grade antibacterial drugs,accounting for 10.80%.Among the antibacterial drugs,levofloxacin,piperacillin and tazobactam were used more frequently.Among the 60 patients,32 cases were treated with a single method,20 cases were treated with a dual combination,and 8 cases were treated with a triple combination.Among the 60 patients using antibacterial drugs,40 were submitted for clinical specimens.42.50%and 25.00%of restricted and special grade antibacterial drugs were submitted for inspection.Among the 40 samples submitted for inspection,16 cases were positive,and most of the samples submitted for inspection were sputum.Conclusion:In the Department of Respiratory Medicine,the sample submission rate is low,and there are many combination medications.Strict management is required to promote the rational application of antibacterial drugs.
