中西医结合用药治疗小儿冷热惊厥的临床观察

Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Cold and Febrile Seizures in Children

目的:探讨小儿咽扁颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦用于流行性感冒伴热性惊厥患儿治疗的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年7月本院诊治的100例流行性感冒伴热性惊厥患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦治疗,观察组给予小儿咽扁颗粒+磷酸奥司他韦治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、血清炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组惊厥、退热、咳嗽鼻塞、咽喉肿痛等临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP、IL-8、IFN-γ水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咽扁颗粒、磷酸奥司他韦联合治疗流行性感冒伴热性惊厥患儿的临床效果显著,缩短了患儿病情康复的时间,促进了患儿炎症因子水平的改善。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of pediatric pharyngeal flat Granules Combined with oseltamivir phosphate for the treatment of children with influenza associated febrile seizures.Methods:A total of 100 children with influenza and febrile convulsion treated in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoeryanbian Granules+oseltamivir phosphate.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,and serum inflammatory factor levels[Creactive protein(CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as convulsion,fever,cough,nasal congestion and sore throat in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-8 and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination regimen of pharyngeal flat pellet and oseltamivir phosphate for the treatment of children with cold and heat convulsions is remarkable,which shortens the recovery time of the disease and promotes the improvement of the inflammatory factor level in children.
