某院鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

Clinical Distribution and Resistance Analysis of Baumantobacter in a Hospital

目的:探讨某院鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)的临床分布及耐药情况。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月—2021年6月某院临床分离的163株AB的科室分布情况、样本来源、药敏试验数据,并分析该病原菌的临床分布特征与耐药性。结果:163株AB主要来源于ICU,占比45.40%(74/163),其次为呼吸内科[21.47%(35/163)]、感染科[15.95%(26/163)];163株AB以痰液检出最多,占比58.90%(96/163),其次为尿液[21.47%(35/163)]、伤口分泌物[7.36%(12/163)];163株AB对头孢唑林、头孢呋辛、头孢替坦、复方新诺明、呋喃妥因、阿莫西林、头孢孟多、氨苄西林耐药率高,对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、妥布霉素、亚胺培南、美罗培南、替加环素、左氧氟沙星耐药率低。结论:某院的AB主要源自于ICU,多分离自痰液内,且对临床的常见广谱抗菌药物有多重耐药性。

Objective:To explore the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannacter(AB)in a certain hospital.Methods:The department distribution,sample source,and drug susceptibility test data of 163 AB strains clinically isolated from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical distribution characteristics and resistance of this pathogen were analyzed.Results:The 163 strains of AB were mainly from ICU,accounting for 45.40%(74/163),followed by respiratory medicine[21.47%(35/163)]and infection department[15.95%(26/163)];among 163 AB strains,sputum was the most detected,accounting for 58.90%(96/163),followed by urine[21.47%(35/163)]and wound secretion[7.36%(12/163)].The resistance rates of 163 AB strains to cefazolin,cefuroxime,cefotetan,sulfamethoxazole,nitrofurantoin,amoxicillin,cefamandole and ampicillin were high,and the resistance rates to gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,tobramycin,imipenem,meropenem,tigecycline and levofloxacin were low.Conclusion:AB in a hospital is mainly derived from ICU,mostly isolated from sputum,and has multiple resistance to common clinical broad-spectrum antimicrobial drugs.
